Private courses are sold with "Packages" of hours that are purchased. You can configure a matrix of hours and number of students in the course and set the price.

When packages of hours are purchased online, the user can specify their preferred times for the course to run. At this stage, they are just a 'preference' for when the student wants to have their course. Private courses that have hours that are not scheduled appear in a list of courses that "Need Scheduling". An administrator can then allocate the teacher and location when they schedule the units for that course to run.

Any teacher or location that is not available during the scheduling will appear in red. This allows you to quickly see who is available.

For teacher availabilities, you can configure the system in one of two ways. Either teachers are by default 'available' unless something is scheduled for them, or teachers are by default 'unavailable' unless they specify their availabilities and don't have something scheduled.

For member pricing, this is handled with "Discounts". Discounts can be created for any product. You can specify which products / courses / categories are included in the discount and then specify either a percentage or fixed value discount. These discounts can be then restricted meet criteria such as "Having a valid membership" or "Enrolled in a Course in Last session".

Yes, you can search any book you want in the Library using the ISBN:  Library > Documents > New Documents > ISBN Lookup.

For courses, the inventory item code is the course code used. For other inventory items, you need to enter an item code manually.

Yes. Student absences can be recorded under AF > Courses > Edit Course > Class list tab > Click number of absences.

We currently integrate with Xero and MYOB. A Quickbooks integration is in the development pipeline and an ETA on this integration will be announced as soon as possible.

Closure times can be posted on website as announcements.  Specific dates for classrooms or teachers can also be 'blocked out' in the calendar so you don't schedule an event or a course on those dates.

We currently support Authorize, eWAY, MiraPay, NetRegistry, Orbital, Relay Pay, SecurePay, and Stripe.

The system allows you to view sales of all donors. You can also view contacts who have donated in a certain time frame. You can setup and run recurring donations.

There is no built-in gift card functionality currently, but the system can generate Credit Notes that can be applied online which can function in a similar way.

The monthly revenue fee is based on the total aggregate turnover of all AF Centres worldwide using the platform. So the more AF centres using the platform, the smaller the monthly revenue fee becomes. This is designed to give AF Centres who use the platform a financial incentive to promote the platform to AF centres who are not yet using us. 

Our preferred method of support is via our ticketing system. We monitor the inbox 24/7 for support tickets that require immediate attention. When training and implementing the platform we will organise video calls to fit with your local timezone and schedule.

Any urgent support fix that is required to correct a bug or fault in our system will not be charged. 

The urgent support fee is designed to cover fixes that may be required because of an issue created on the client end. For example, if you had an in-house developer or IT professional who makes a mistake when changing something deep in the back end of the platform, and our developers have to go in and fix it. 

However, because most AF clients don't tend to operate with in-house developers this way, we've never had to charge the Urgent Support fee to any AF Client at any point in the last 7 years.

No. You can terminate your monthly subscription at any time with 7 days notice. We are proud to say we have never had an AF Centre leave the platform.

The length of the current AF agreement is 5 years. This protects you from any unfavourable changes to the agreement or pricing structure in that 5-year period.
