Any urgent support fix that is required to correct a bug or fault in our system will not be charged.
The urgent support fee is designed to cover fixes that may be required because of an issue created on the client end. For example, if you
had an in-house developer or IT professional who makes a mistake when changing something deep in the back end of the platform, and our
developers have to go in and fix it.
However, because most AF clients don't tend to operate with in-house developers this way, we've never had to charge the Urgent Support fee
to any AF Client at any point in the last 7 years.
