My name is Matthew Vendeville, I workout at Alliance Française De Melbourne I’m a graphic designer and web designer here. Basically I’m dealing with all the visuals, posters, websites, all the communication of Alliance Française events. 

We switched to Oncord in 2011, end of 2011. Before we used to have a very basic website, it was just HTML pages, couldn’t do much and we had all different software that we need to play with on different platforms, so there was a lot of issues with that. Oncord really helped us to have like a centre, so having one platform and everything on this one platform was just the best.

That was the first step of Oncord helping us. It makes it very easy to manage. I think one person can deal with all the features very easily, you don’t need to have a massive team to help you. You don’t need a web designer or like the tech guy to help you. You don’t have to use so many software to be able to function.

When we started Oncord we were basically sending the email marketing to I don’t know, less than 700 people and since then we’ve just been constantly growing. Like the audience, the community has been growing all the time and now we’re sending the email marketing to 27,000 people. It’s been helping us to grow much faster and it keeps on growing, it’s amazing!
