Through our experience with many Alliance Française and Institut Français organisations, we understand that everyone has their own set of unique requirements.
We are always working to improve our product, so we actively encourage and welcome any feature requests. We organise the priority of feature requests based on:
- The number of users requesting the feature
- The benefit to our broader user base
- The estimated development time required
Quality software development requires meticulous planning and adequate time for implementation.
Quotations
We also offer quotations for custom feature development when clients are willing to contribute to the development costs. However, we only provide quotations under the following conditions:
- The proposed feature aligns with our product roadmap and overall vision
- We believe the feature will benefit a significant portion of our user base
- Our development team has the capacity to undertake the project within a reasonable timeframe
Because the developments are contributing to the overall system, we provide a heavily discounted rate for software development.
Maintenance and Support
All custom-developed features will be fully supported and maintained as part of our regular product updates and improvements. However, please note that as our product evolves, there may be instances where custom features need to be adjusted or phased out to align with major product changes.

All developments are subject to our Support and Professional Services Agreement.
