Introducing the Dedicated Exam and GAEL Integration
We're excited to announce the release of our new Exam and GAEL integration feature! This enhanced solution offers a more efficient and tailored way to manage exams, registrations, and student data with GAEL, moving beyond the previous reliance on the events system.
Exam Module
The Exam Module provides a centralised hub for creating, organising, and managing all exam-related activities within Oncord. It enables the
configuration of exams, including exam type, dates, registration fields, and pricing. Additionally, the module supports automated reminders
for upcoming exam and when an exam ends.
An Exam Selector Link Builder tool allows you to create a filtered view of the exam selector, and embed that view on a specific page of your website.
GAEL App Integration
The GAEL App Integration enables export of student registration data directly from Oncord to the GAEL platform. This reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and helps keep exam records consistent across both platforms.
The system supports detailed field mapping for exams, including sessions and levels, and allows administrators to align Oncord contact data with GAEL student data.
