Exciting updates coming to improve the management of Courses and Enrollments!
We're excited to share some recent changes to the Oncord AF module, EOI open for a dedicated exam module and GAEL integration and the Oncord team are attending the AF USA Convention in Atlanta!
It's been a busy few months for us here at Oncord, we have been working on some new features for the AF Student Portal along with a bunch of various other updates and fixes along the way, and to top it off we have released a brand new website for AF Oncord with a help
articles area.
Over the past month we've deployed some updates and new features for the Student Portal based on feedback and requests from the awesome
AF Oncord community.
We have also added a new feature within Enrollment Statistics to further improve the stats display as well as an associated
contact update for the Apolearn integration and some bug fixes.
It's been a while since we released a newsletter update but over those few months, we have been continuously adding capabilities to the AF Module Software—based on what you, our customers, need—serving every Alliance Française who are using the platform worldwide. Checkout some of the features we've added and bugs we've squashed.
Since our Apolearn integration release, we've made a bunch of improvements and developed new features for both the Apolearn integration and the AF Module. Some of these updates you may have already seen or have been using.

We have completed our first version of integration with Apolearn.
With this integration, the following course changes will be pushed once an Oncord course is associated to an Apolearn classroom.
Over the past few months we've rebuilt the AF certificates system, with this update we focused on the accessibility of the certificates feature and providing the user with essential features to simplify and streamline the process of creating, editing, printing and sending certificates to students.

Searching for products in the New / Manual Sale screen was previously slow and showed results of older courses.
We are pleased to welcome AF Miami Metro, AF Macao and AF Hong Kong as new Oncord clients. The addition of these centres allows us to reduce the billing rate to 0.8%!
Last week we held our first Alliance Francaise focused webinar and looked at how AF language schools can use Oncord to achieve efficiency and growth. We'd like to say a big thank you to all of you who attended and got involved in the discussion.
We're about to release an update to the Private Courses feature.
We've released an update that allows you to create custom timetable events and clone library documents.
We've just released a new version of the timetable feature. To improve usability, we've redesigned it to maximise the screen real-estate available for events.
When creating levels, if the 'progression' of levels are configured to link back to a prior level, it caused a total freeze when using the back-end (viewing contacts etc).
I'm pleased to announce that AF Francisco accepted our onboarding quote today and will be joining Oncord over the next few months.

The second milestone of the course conditions has been released. This feature will require an additional development that will be taken care of at a later time. More information on this at the end of the post.
We have published the Terms and Conditions as agreed between Oncord and the Alliance Francaise for the course management software.
The new course conditions feature allows you to select contacts associated with courses by age group, levels, types or sessions.
We have started collaborating and are now developing features for the AFs on an ongoing basis.
