Creating an Exam
Setting up an exam is easier than it looks! See the video below, where we’ll walk you through each step so it’s nice and simple.
-
Start with the Exam Details
- You will first need to enter the basic information about the exam.
-
This includes things like:
- Title and description.
- The registration end date (the last day people are allowed to sign up).
- The registration start date (the day when people can start signing up).
- The exam dates (the day the exam will actually happen).
-
Connect or Create a Product for Pricing
- You need to link it to a product or create a product for pricing.
- This is how people will pay for the exam when they register.
- Example: Imagine the exam is DELF Junior 1.” You might link it to a product that says “DELF Junior Exam Fee – $50.”
-
Add Mandatory Fields to the Registration Form through the Registration Options Tab
- When people sign up, you may want certain information from them (like name, email, phone number, etc.).
-
Some of these fields need to be mandatory—which means they must fill it out, otherwise they can’t complete the
registration.
-
Edit a Candidate’s Registration
- After someone registers, sometimes you may need to update or fix their information.
- For example, if a candidate spelled their name wrong or changed their phone number, you can go in and edit their registration.
