Creating an Exam

Setting up an exam is easier than it looks! See the video below, where we’ll walk you through each step so it’s nice and simple.
  • Start with the Exam Details
    • You will first need to enter the basic information about the exam.
    • This includes things like:
      • Title and description.
      • The registration end date (the last day people are allowed to sign up).
      • The registration start date (the day when people can start signing up).
      • The exam dates (the day the exam will actually happen).

  • Connect or Create a Product for Pricing
    • You need to link it to a product or create a product for pricing.
    • This is how people will pay for the exam when they register.
    • Example: Imagine the exam is DELF Junior 1.” You might link it to a product that says “DELF Junior Exam Fee – $50.”

  • Add Mandatory Fields to the Registration Form through the Registration Options Tab
    • When people sign up, you may want certain information from them (like name, email, phone number, etc.).
    • Some of these fields need to be mandatory—which means they must fill it out, otherwise they can’t complete the registration.
  • Edit a Candidate’s Registration
    • After someone registers, sometimes you may need to update or fix their information.
    • For example, if a candidate spelled their name wrong or changed their phone number, you can go in and edit their registration.
