Adding the exam selector to a page of your website
You can access the exams page at https://changetoyourwebsiteurl/af/exam-selector/ on your website. Additionally, you can create a page to display a filtered view of the exam selector.
This article goes through how to add the Exam Selector to a page of your website using the Exam Selector Link Builder.
The Exam Selector Link Builder tool allows you to create a filtered view of the exam selector, and embed that view on a specific page of your website.
Type and Location Filters
The options for the type and location filters can be configured at Exams > Configuration. https://changetoyourwebsiteurl/admin/af/exams/configuration/
Where to Paste the Code
When pasting the exam selector code in the page make sure it is in between the opening and closing tags of a <template:section> in the code.
If you paste the exam selector into an existing section of your page with other content it can effect the exam selector display, which
is why a new section is important to use.
How does it look online?
The code from the exam selector displays a table like the one below. If a type, year, or location has been selected in the exam selector
builder, the filter dropdown will not appear.
Upcoming refers to examinations for which both the registration date and the examination date are in the future.
Book Now indicates that registration is currently open.
Full indicates that registration is currently open, but all available spots have been occupied.
Closed indicates that the registration period has ended.
